Aspen Ladd

Aspen Ladd started her combat sports journey at age fourteen. Following her training in kickboxing, boxing BJJ and wrestling, she had her first professional fight against Jaimee Nievera at WCFC when she was just 18. Ladd gained confidence after the win and fought 3 bouts in Ultimate Reno Combat. Her adversaries were defeated all by the start of the round. After that, she went to WCFC for the second time and defeated Leslie Rodriguez in a unanimous decision. Aspen was first beaten by Silvia Babyghian prior to going to face Maddy Simmons at WCFC 9 in which she took on Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia beat Aspen, and beat her in a unanimously voted victory. Cynthia's record as an amateur was damaged. Ladd won her next bout with Roma Pawelek to improve to an 8-1 record. Aspen was first introduced to the sport in the year 2015 when she signed to Invicta FC for her professional debut. Invicta fight Ana Carolina Vidal in Invicta 2011 and won via the first round TKO. Invicta took on her in the Bantamweight division and prevailed via armbar submission during the second round. Aspen utilized her expertise in wrestling to knock out McGill with a TKO during the third round (elbows & punches). Aspen then fought Jessica Hoy at Invicta FC 18 at catchweight(138.1lb) because Ladd was unable to reach the weight limit. Aspen was a dominant Hoy and finished her in the second round by KO. Invicta FC 28 was her final fight for the company. Invicta FC 22 saw Sijara Eubanks be defeated in a unanimity. Aspen Ladd debuted in the UFC at UFC Fight Night 118, with a bout against Lina Langsberg. She outclassed Lina as she ground-and-pound pounded her for a TKO victory in the 2nd round. Ladd continued to dominate and racked up an amazing victory in her subsequent fight against Tonya Evinger, who was fighting at UFC 229. Ladd defeated Evinger in the first round, and was awarded her a night's performance bonus. Invicta FC, a rematch of UFC Fight Night dos Anjos and Lee, she fought Sijara-Eubanks for her first significant fight. The two fighters had a close fight that Ladd was victorious by a majority decision. Both fighters were awarded an award called the Fight of the Night Bonus. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie defeated Ladd within 16 seconds of the fight, breaking her streak to win. Yana Knitskaya lost in the 3rd round at UFC 7 on ESPN. She took on Norma Dumont as a substitute for her fight last time with the UFC at UFC Fight Night 195. It was a unanimous decision in her favor.

Patricia Apollonia Kotero is an American singer-actress and former model. Her most well-known work is her part in Prince's 1984 film Purple Rain as well as being the lead vocalist of Apollonia 6, a girl group. The actor and singer who was christened Apollonia by Prince and became one of a number of female artists in the '80s that benefited from her connection with Prince, the Purple One.
